That musty smell reaching your living space, sagging floor insulation, and visible mold on joists all trace back to the same root cause: uncontrolled moisture underneath the house.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained crawl space encapsulation crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Encapsulation done without understanding air movement can trap moisture instead of controlling it — every system is designed around your specific crawl space.
Local crews carry moisture meters on every truck, so the first visit produces real findings, not just a callback.
You'll see a line-item breakdown covering liner, sealing, vent covers, and dehumidifier if recommended.
We install 12-20 mil reinforced polyethylene, not the thin painter's-grade plastic some crews substitute to cut cost.
We don't run a one-size-fits-all playbook — every crawl space encapsulation job starts from these core service components, adapted to what your property actually needs.
Seams are taped and mechanically fastened at wall terminations so the barrier performs as one continuous system. This is the baseline fix for most crawl spaces showing chronic humidity above 60 percent.
We seal vents with rigid foam or vent covers as part of a full encapsulation, converting the space to a sealed, conditioned environment.
Even a fully encapsulated space can hold residual moisture from concrete curing, plumbing condensation, or seasonal swings. We size units to cubic footage, not floor area, since ceiling height varies significantly between crawl spaces.
We install a dedicated sump basin and pump sized to the space's water intake, tied into the encapsulation system's drainage channel.
Every encapsulation project includes a structural inspection, and we flag any concerns before sealing the space, not after.
Four steps, start to finish — from the first call to a sealed, humidity-controlled crawl space.
Local dispatchers coordinate directly with crawl-space-certified technicians.
Technicians arrive with moisture meters, a borescope camera, and sample liner material to show what's being proposed.
Pricing is itemized: liner and sealing, vent covers, dehumidifier if recommended, sump work if needed.
We'll walk you through the finished space with a moisture meter so you can see the readings yourself.
